Port Forwarding on an Asus router
Setting up a port forward on a Asus router is usually very easy. Asus router's have a
consistent and easy to use interface that makes setting up a port forward
straight forward.
It is important to setup a static ip address in the device that you are forwarding a port
to. This ensures that your ports will remain open even after your device reboots.
Step 1 - Login to your router
Open up your web browser and type in the default gateway ip address for your router
192.168.1.1
This should take you to your login screen. Enter username admin and password is
admin(unless you have changed this password)
Step 2 - Find the Port Forwarding Section
First, under the Advanced heading click the
WAN button in the left sidebar.

Now click the
Virtual Server/Port Forwarding tab at the top of the page.
Step 3 - Create a Port Forwarding Entry
Make sure that the Enable Port Forwarding Yes radio button is selected.
Enter in the below ports to the ip address you need them for.
Step 4 Forwarding Zoom and Schoology Ports
-For Zoom Ports ensure TCP ports 80, 443, 8801, 8802 port rules are used
